October 14, 201015 yr Commercial Member Overall, a very fair review, Mike. However here's a major pointer for you to ponder over for future write-ups. Season textures, or as you quoted - “All season photo-real airport scenery at 30cm/pixels” - is strickly referred/associated with overall photoreal ground texture coloration and sharpness, NOT trees or vegetation coloration and deviation with each season. Most developers indicate that when referencing their scenery ground texture composition coupled with amount of pixels created for users to know. When you losely mince words with disregard to intent or quote the above remark out of context then you're doing disservice to your review and my current and potential customers interest on the matter. The customization of trees to show up in all 4 seasons is meant to be for one simple reason; replace loss of autogen vegetation/trees within close proximity of the airport. Ingalls Field is a very small scenery and we wanted to retain the rural look of the field in accordance with its RW counterpart. However when we added seasonal trees via autogen annotator (assuming you know that from the FSX SDK) we lost a lot of trees at various autogen settings at the spot where you referrenced in your pic. Autogen vegetation is affected within a set grid if you place objects or create objects within landclass grid's boundary. (landclass grids are created that way as part of the FSX scenery engine).Note that there is an update available upon request for owners of Ingalls Field since 2 weeks ago. Due to piracy reasons, please provide order number and customer name at time of purchase. The update includes upgraded photoreal ground texture at 15/7cm per pixel, compatibility with UTX, added sounds, etc. See few pics here: http://islandsim.com/GrahamDeveloper Edited for speeling Visit the tribe @ http://islandsim.com
