Note that our FS20 products are backward compatible in FS24, which means that you can use them in FS24 sim platform without any issues. And as mentioned above, we're still working on native FS24 dedicated installers atm.

You'll need to contact us directly using the Support email that's in your download link, or from the store contact page. We don't attend to product issues here or at other 3rd party forums.

KABQ has been in the works since February this year so it's not a recent project. We've done 3 road/flight trips to ABQ since then to capture the airport so it will be completed per our schedule regardless of who released their KABQ version first. As for the other yet-to-build airports, those are possibilities in the future for sure, but not within our 2026 project line-up.

We're currently working on FS24 upgrades which will be free to current customers. KSLC is in the pipeline first for both FS20 and FS24.

Resend new request to trigger the server to dispense new link so you get a new one. I also rechecked our correspondence going back to Dec 8, 2022 when you first bought the product and you specifically requested us to redirect download link to a new gmail address. That's probably why you did not see the link sent on Oct 18th to your ...inc.com email account. Contact us directly to sort this out.

Hey Greg, The server will not send another download link since your RKSI link sent on October 18 (8 days ago) is still active so download from that link. It was sent to your email the minute you requested it from the server. Check your spam or trash bin for the link, if it isn't in your Inbox. There are no emails from you regarding why we aren't responding or that you need a new link (except another server link request from October 23), so in future you'll need to write to us directly to enquire regarding the delay or seek assistance before running over here with your grievance. We're always there to assist anytime.

Just saw this thread. KRDU is FS24 SDK built and tested in FS24 sim platform. FS20 SDK built separately in FS20 sim platform, and tested for backward compatibility in FS24 sim platform. So both are native to their sim versions.

Yes, they're in the pipeline, but we have other US projects and updates to complete first.

Thanks for letting us know about the "Internal Server Error" issue. The host server Admin was updating the server at the back end when you tried accessing the Store, hence the error. It's fixed now.

Work on FS24 and FS20 updates will begin after KRDU release. KSLC and RKSI first.

FS24 dedicated Installers for all current FS20 products will be free so you can install into FS24 sim platform. That is to say, if you own any FS20 PacSim products, you're entitled to the FS24 Installer upgrade. No timeline for FS24 product installers' release yet.

Hi Dominik, The products, at the current form, are backward compatible in FS24. Simply copy them over from the FS20 Community folder to the FS24 Community folder and they should work. This is a temporary workaround until we release dedicated FS24 Installers with product updates.
