September 30, 200322 yr I would like to say sorry to the developers of the PICv2 team for the grave misunderstanding on my part. I didn't realize there was a PIC forum on this website and all the information about the new PIC was contained therein. I always go straight to this or the Wilco's forum (when I'm looking for information concerning Wilco releases). I don't know how I've overlooked the PIC forum for so long. Anyway many have posted comments on the new PIC that will be coming out and I thought it was all speculation. I posted a comment naively thinking Wilco was still involved. I didn't realize all I had to do was go to the forum here at Avsim and read all about it. Guess I got egg all over my face on this one. I can only imagine how my comments must have looked... Next time I'll make sure I look for a forum dedicated to a product (Emma Field comes to mind even though Lago released it) before I rush to comment on it. September 30, 200322 yr I wouldn't loose any sleep over it.Glad you found the B767PIC forum.B767PIC is the best add on there is and nothing can really compare to it. B767PIC.v2 will be even better and we are all hoping that there is a B757 FMC included!ED
September 30, 200322 yr No sweat. I think you just earned yourself a lot of respect by admitting your mistake. I know I've sufferred "foot in mouth disease" several times. :)George Stoddard
September 30, 200322 yr The PIC767 created quite a few "firsts" in FS. Naturally there are quite a few here, including me, that considers it the "holy graile" of FS addons. You could therefore understand the reaction of many of us here whenever something like this comes up against the WELP team.Glad to see you've acknoledged your mistake. Now lets all put our feet up with a glass of red wine.....(FS2000 PIC767 vintage of course), and relax while we wait for the "Second Comming".I could just hear those trumpets in the distance...can't you?
September 30, 200322 yr >I could just hear those trumpets in the distance...can't you?No, but then again I haven't had as much red wine as you. ;-)phil
September 30, 200322 yr While the assumptions you made here weren't the end of the world, it is refreshing to see you put the record straight. Kudos!Tony
