September 30, 200322 yr I recently installed several new sceneries and then added them to the scenery library in the usual manner. When FS2002 reloaded the scenery, I checked the library again to see if they were there and they were missing! I exited FS2002 and checked the scenery.cfg file and there they were! Is FS2002 only capable of displaying only a certain number of sceneries in the library? I have about 300 sceneries in the scenery.cfg file. Thanks!Airbus Al Kaupa Digital Storm purchased 8/17/2011; Win7x64: Asus P8P67 Deluxe; Intel i7 2600K@3,9 GHZ; nVidia GTX 560Ti; 8GB DDR3 1600 Corsair Dominator; Power Corsair HX 750W; Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD; 300GB WD VelociRaptor; 1TB Seagate.

September 30, 200322 yr Gosta,Does this limit apply to FS2004 also? Even though the sceneries will not display in the library listing, can I continue to add sceneries via the scenery.cfg file?Airbus Al Kaupa Digital Storm purchased 8/17/2011; Win7x64: Asus P8P67 Deluxe; Intel i7 2600K@3,9 GHZ; nVidia GTX 560Ti; 8GB DDR3 1600 Corsair Dominator; Power Corsair HX 750W; Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD; 300GB WD VelociRaptor; 1TB Seagate.
September 30, 200322 yr Airbus,The limitation for FS2002 is exactly 332. 333 items are already too much! Not sure about this limitation in FS2004.In order to be able to use almost 500 sceneries, I use FS-Scenery Manager to create the scenery.cfg. I have made 2 different sceneries-sets, one for Americas and another one for the rest of the World. Depending where I like to fly, I choose one set and create the cfg.If I fly from Europe to the US, I create a new set without Africa and Asia for example.FS Scenery Manager (http://www.scenery-manager.com/) is a Payware but it is worth the price (18 Euros).Have a good flight!
