Hi Stefan, Please sign your posts here with full name per forum rules, thanks. There are tutorials onlin and even on youtube. It is like using a sound editor and I have made several mods myself, to include some that may be too umappropriate to share ;)I don't quite know what you mean about "I tried a few phrases already but I don't know what the ATC want's t call it..."Check out the tutorials, they're pretty straight forward.

Hi,sorry, I hadn't changed my signature yet.I know how the program works.I already created a bunch of additional callsigns for manufacturers, models and airlines.I created a tag for the Boeing 727 - I knew that I needed to add "727" only because the FSX knew how to say Boeing. My question:"What" do I need to add to get this to work for the J41?J41?, Jetstream 4100 etc....I already tried "JS41" and "Jetstream" but the ATC still calls it just "BAe".Or do I need to change the ATC-callsign in the aircraft.cfg? If so, which exact line do I need to edit?Thx in advance

After you make your edit, you could make the change also in the ATC_Callsign area of the aircraft.cfg, but you could also just go through the list when you select the aircraft in the aircraft selection screen in the details area. When you're creating your sound (Callsign) in editvoicepak make sure you are putting the information in the correct areas in the information lines (top right) and after you compile the list it should be selectable as a choice.Keep in mind, if you want ATC to call out Boeing 727 as a callsign it is better to just use the default Boeing and then choose 727 as your flight number unless of course you want them to say "Twenty seven" rather than "two seven". There isn't really a need to use EVP for that though.

Well, since I just lost my whole long reply-post due to the fricking uploader, here's the short version:I created an EPV-file that changes the ATC-designator-file, so that a clearance for example doesn't sound like this:", Speed Bird 299 is type BAe , request..."but like this:", Speed Bird 299 is type BAe J41, request..."For those interested:Just create a custom entry:Identifier: J41 (but I think you can choose anything you like, just remember it)Phrase: J41Sound: I used the already integrated "Jetstream" (<= Note: this means in the ATC window, it will say J41, but the voice will say Jetstream)You don't need to change anything else (well, you need to apply the changes in EVPx, of course)I tried to upload the .epvmod file (Error You aren't permitted to upload this kind of file)... ZIP and 7z don't work either. If you are unable to create this mod on your own, send me a PN with your email-adress and I'll send you this file. Thanks!
