  1. aahaha, I'd made the same mistake as Cyanide72 and only searched for "Suprunov". Thanks so much for the hint!
  2. I bought it @ FSPilotShop, the version sold there is 2.01 - the most recent & last one - and contains the Lite model as well. Other than that though it doesn't contain the sound packs or any repaints, which is why I'm looking for them now. Stefan
  3. *gravedigging* I've just bought the Yak as well. Is there a combined package with some of the addon liveries (I'd especially like the S7 one) + the crew sound packs? I've only found very few repaints at avsim.su and obviously the original forum is no longer available... Cheers Stefan
  4. Absolutely. No matter how much I spent on AddOns, it is nothing compared to what I saved in flight training by needing less time to get into a plane and get it going right.Things like the G100 in the Mustang, RealityXP 530 etc...I will probably buy this later on, but I'd really like know whether at least Airway support will be added with an update...
  5. Well, I missed 2 things the most in the Mustang: Save/Load and Airways, and it seems neither is available in the C182...I'd love to see this as an update, for now I'm going to hold off...Cheers,Stefan
  6. 2 questions:1. is the direct input for FPL etc. with "Scrool-Lock" as in the Mustang still enabled?2. Is there support for airways this time? Thanks!
  7. I can with 100% certainty say that I would purchase it as an "addon" to the normal FS2Crew version... and I'm quite positive that I'm not alone here ;-)After all flying without any failures at all tends to get boring after a while... =P

For the manuals: you should talk to A2A, they have a mass of information on this Plane. Judging by the way they do their planes, I'm guessing you'll find ample material on crew flows...!!And again judging by their way of wanting to have those planes as realistic as possible I guess they'll be happy to collaborate on a product like this, which pushes realism again.Plus, since you are (rightfully) worried about market size, I think a well done version for multi-crew A2A planes would sell very well. I bet most will be interrested and (if it stays at 20-30$) more than enough would actually/purchase it.After all the A2A fan-crowd is relatively "hard-core", so most should appreciate this option to immerse them further in their favorite planes!Cheers
  9. As long as you do a nice VoiceCommander for the PMDG 737NGX, I'm alright.+1 for "some" abnormal procedures here.I imagine the "simple" ones like single engine and dual engine fire/failure could be done?I know that adding procedures like single hydraulic circuit pressure loss etc are quite complicated and are maybe a little too much to ask, but please consider the above!!Cheers!

I'd really love it if you could approach A2A and see if you can work together for their next big airliner.I already posted a similar request in the A2A forums which was read quite often but didn't get a single response.... yet I still think that this would be a great idea!FS2Crew added so much realism, fun and a little workload that I can't imagine flying my JS41 without it...On a big old airliner where you are replacing three people it could help manage the workload, but again also create an immersing atmosphere! As for the B17, I fear there may be quite a bit of additional work required from A2A to get those products working together, but as I said, maybe for the next product! =)Cheers!!
  11. +1I have the C208 and the only reason I don't fly it is the castrated GPS.If there was a 3D mask like in the Duke I'd be flying the 208 a lot!
  12. Got the file, thanks for your PM's (especially to "Opa")!
  13. Hey guys, after I uninstalled UTX my "bridgeroads.dds" was missing - as usual. Only this time I do not have a backup of the complete default FSX installation (forgot to copy the old one... darn it)Could someone please send/upload the default version (English FSX Gold) for me?Thanks, Stefan!P.S.:This is what I'm talking about:X:\FSX\Scenery\Global\Texture\BridgeRoads.dds
  14. The ADF is supposed to be a normal ADF...It is in the cockpit, has a pop-up panel so you can set the frequencies and it does not work... in contrary to the F9F, exact same setup => works... About company size => progress of the patch...My problem is that I paid almost halve a year ago for something that I do not have yet. Now if they where (as they are legally obliged) to issue me a refund, I'd turn around and go away. But if the developers tells me that there's not going to be a refund, because he's going to fix it => he should fix it...Right now he took my money (gladly) but didn't deliver, so please pardon my frustration!Cheers!
  15. Hi,just wanted to add a few "fun facts":- a patch that will fix the ADF and several other issues has been promised for over 5 months now- the customer support doesn't exist, you may get an answer sometimes, but you won't get a solutionThe day I bought the F8F I told VS about the non-working ADF, which was pretty much the only reason I bought this thing (I already owned the A2A P47, so why bother).I was told that there would be a patch soon, now (the patch was announced at 12/04/2010) there is still nothing, except for some responses stating that the patch is being worked on (for that long... really??!!)The ADF in their next product - the F9F - was fully functional, so getting the code to work obviously wasn't the problem.I can only conclude that Vertigo Studios is one of those companies that develop one product, sell it unfinished and then move on to the next one======================================Until issues like the above are addressed and VS reconsiders its perspective on their "custommer (non-)support", I think now one should recommend buying products from this company at all - let alone buy themIt is a rip-off and a bad example to other developers. For the price of the F8F you can get a product like the Aerosoft Katana, a model that seems to have taken 10 times the amount of work and which receives excellent support by its creators.A company that adverts features that don't work in a product and is unable/unwilling to fix the issues at hand (or to issue a refund for that matter!), should not be supported by a respected website like AVSIM.======================================Potential customers of VertigoStudios: STAND DOWN!The F8F isn't worth a penny of the 25GPB it sells for!Cheers,Stefan
