Need new MOBO that works well if FS9

Featured Replies

I need to replace my current motherboard with a new one. I have narrowed it down to a choice of three. ASUS A7N8X deluxe, Abit NF7-S rev 2, and GA-7N400 pro. I will be installing a AMD 3000+. I will also be installing a new ATI video card. I am waiting to see some reviews on the new 9600 XT when it launches. Anyone having experence with these mobo's and FS9 can you provide any info as to choice. I have read the Abit is better if you over clock which I generaly do not do. Which one would make a better gamer I have know ideal. If anyone can suggest other mobos please do as this is not set in concreate nore is the choice of AMD or P4 cpu. ThanksCPKSPI

Hey Bro, I just upgraded and built a new PC, Athlon 3200, the A7N8X deluxe, 1 gig GEil high performance DDR, G4 4600 (old card) and it rocks! Went with Athlon as most of the problem posts seem to have high end Intels, so I decided to go with AMD as before.Everything full in the sim, no tweaks, mostly payware aircraft, AA at 2X and AF at 4X, locked at 30 and rarely goes under 20 even at KLAX with all PAI installed. Very pleased with the performance. Can't wait to see what a new Radeon Vid card will do for it.Regards, MichaelKDFWhttp://mysite.verizon.net/res052cd/mybannercva1.jpgCalVirAir International VAwww.calvirair.comCougar Mountain Helicopters & Aviationwww.cgrmtnhelos.com
