When participating in online simulations, such as Boston Virtual ATC, my PMDG 747 does not show any landing gear. It appears to taxing on the belly of the aircraft.I can see the gear when I choose an outside view, but other players and the controllers can't. Any ideas or solutions? Thanks.Pete Locascio

That's because the 747 that others are seeing is not your aircraft, it is a visual model generated by their own systems and how they have them set up. You can have no influence over what and how they see you other than it being "a" 747 and hopefully in the right livery (and only then IF they have the right livery on their own system). If they can't see undercarriage then the problem is theirs!
