November 3, 201015 yr Hi to all, I tried to search on the forum without any solution. This is the problem: when I load an aircraft and I'm taxing to the runway I figure out that the plane jumps and and gives smokes out from tires when I switch from a view to another one. I noticed it in all airports, with and without any scenery installed. Is it possible to solve this issue? Thanks in advance Riccardo OS: Windows 10-64 bit, CPU: i7-7700K @4.20 GHz, GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 G1 8GB GDDR5, RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 32GB 3000MHz, MB: MSI Z270
November 3, 201015 yr Hi Riccardo,Which plane are you seeing this happen with? It is possible that the contact points of the model itself are conflicting with the ground. Also you could try reducing the resolution of the mesh in the settings and see if that helps, I find that some models will pop and jump if I have the resolution set too high.
November 3, 201015 yr when I switch from a view to another onenot enough resources are available to 'draw' the FS ground/world. in most cases the panel/plane take priority so the ground is drawn after the aircraft is rendered ... above or below ground level ... as FS increases the 'world detail'. your switching views is demanding that FS re-draw the scenery. result is the hop as FS then moves the aircraft to match the re-re-re-drawn ground/world.try reducing FS scenery detail sliders.-- D. November 16, 201015 yr Author Thanks guys for reply. SOrry for the late reply but I can't receive notification via email.........I use normal resolution in in scenery details and scarse autogen. I'll try to reduce any more. And let you know.
