I installed the Cessna04.zip to improve textures on my 172 and 182.I now no longer have any interior 2D views on my default aircraft except for the main panel. I tried re-installing the aircraft but still have no interior 2D views.

I've never installed the file you mention, however I peeked at it and noticed that it's and .exe file...
