PMDG Support Desk?

Hi, not a forum person nor have I ever really needed support that the manuals provided have not taken care of. But having a small problem reinstalling my J41 after new system build in witch my MD-11 and 747 installed fine. So I put in a ticket over a week ago and no reply still. Is someone not monitoring this "Support Desk" (vacation, personal time, family emergency, etc). Also not long ago had to buy extended URL for my 747 and that took awhile but someone did finally respond. Again I'm not a forum person, I don't think I should have to join a community forum to get the attention for support. I hope this mean works is hard under way for the NGX but timely ticket support should still be a priority.So I hope someone from PMDG will see this or to had there attention directed to this as to finally get my support ticket looked at.

Ticket number is -10C-14609FED-D75D- and is almost 10 days no reply now. Was hopeful to fly the J41 this weekend but that almost over now. As far as I know name has nada to do with the ticket system and regardless they should check it without me needing come by here and remind them to check it for legit timely support. Also the main reason why I'm not active here everyone one wants to know a name. I used ticket support system witch entails all my order details and proof of purchase and why I avoid this forum for that reason.My only hope was to get a answer(s) if they are out of office, etc as to why such a long wait time and not seeking community support to fix the issue but rather either notify PMDG to look at ticket system in general or to have someone point them to it and overall to get my J41 reinstalled.-R Harris

Raven,There are issues currently with the J41 reactivation system - it's not going to work until Tuesday or Wednesday this week - I'm sorry no one responded to you, those tickets go to a specific place in our ticket system that I can't control or access. This will actually be changing this week and any of us at Support will be able to reactivate them after that point. I've put a sticky post in the J41 forum for others explaining the situation too.
