November 7, 201015 yr Hi all. I have been meaning to ask this for some time. A couple of weeks ago, I had a problem with my J41. I submitted a support ticket like you are supposed to. The way to view the support tickets for those who don't know, is to go to PMDG's website, click on the support tab, and then click on product support. This having been said, this is what I saw that was rather different and interesting. One night, when I was going to check on the status of my ticket, I clicked on the support tab like usual, an instead of just displaying "Product Support" and "Customer Forums" like usual, there was a third option called PMDG Ops. I had never seen this before, so I was quite curious. As I recall, when I clicked on it I got and error saying "IE cannot display the webpage". Later that night, I went to the site again and the PMDG Ops menu option was still there. The next day though, it was no longer there. Any one know what this is/was? This is probably not an interesting topic to most, but I am really quite curious by nature, and I find this very interesting. I wonder if it has anything to do with the NGX? November 7, 201015 yr Author Very interesting. I wonder why it wasn't there any other time before that particular instance. Maybe they were working on the site at the same time I was looking up my support ticket. Anyway, thanks for you reply. I guess I never payed enough attention before to know that they had a wiki type KB. Ethan Rayhorn My Office: (Taken at FL410)
November 7, 201015 yr Commercial Member Anyway, thanks for you reply. I guess I never payed enough attention before to know that they had a wiki type KB.Precisely the reason we got rid of it - it was there for years and hardly anyone ever used it.
