The original installer was lost in a HD crash.My original purchase was back in late 2008, shortly after the aircraft was released, and prior to the issuance of any service packs. The system is not automated -we have to go in and manually reactivate it for you - the instructions when purchasing it tell you to open the ticket after you've purchased. The ticket system is cleared out as of about 10 minutes ago and I didn't see one from you.At any rate, since you signed your full name to your post, I was able to look up the account and reactivate your download like - you're good to go now.
