My dear Captains(Females and Males):It is official. the number one Anti-FSX Captain has decided to go FSX...Yes, you ready correctly... I'm going for it. And, for this to happen Santa brought me some goodies. I will need to get all your support to make this thing "fly." You guys comming ?So, Here's the arsenal that I just purchased, with which I plan on flying the most complex add-ons on the market...from Airliners to best sceneries. The Sytem Built parts are the following: X2 Western Digital VelociRaptor WD4500HLHX 450GB 10000 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s....Thermaltake Spedo Black Full-T Case w/230mm....ASUS Sabertooth X58 Intel X58 LGA1366 Motherboard....Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64Bit...EVGA GeForce GTX 480 SC 1536MB GDDR5 PCIe...Thermaltake TMG HD1 3.5 HD Drive Cooler w/LED....Corsair Hydro H70 CPU Liquid Cooler...Thermaltake TG1 Extreme High Grade Thermal Grease ...GameCom 367 Gaming Headset Closed Ear...Intel I950 OC to 4.20GHz...6GB of Tri-ChannelRAM, Domminator GT 7-7-7-20... Termaltake 1,000W Power Supply...CH newest Yoke...Staike Pedals...And $1,500 worth of the best FSX add-ons to current date.[/b]Well, not to brag (I know many people have better systems that mine), but this is what I can afford...Your Support is desired: I have never built a system with more than 1 hard-drive so I am clueless how do I set-it-up on the motherboeard, how do I install the OS, and what software goes , where on each Hard-Drive...I will greatly appreciate if you guys can guide me on how to set-up the 2 hard-drives and how to intall the OS...Please guide me step by step..sorry, With all this money spent , I don't fly by touch, I'd rather have a good plan.I will greatly appreciate all of your input, (Guide, Suggestions, Comments) ladies and gentle man!John

Looks like a solid system.First thing you might want to do is get an anti static wrist strap while you're working. To be honest I don't do this but a lot of people recommend it hehe.Generally the build order goes something like this:Unpack everythingInstall CPU/HSF and RAM onto motherboardInstall PSU into caseInstall mobo into caseInstall optical drives, hdd's, other stuffConnect wiresPower it up and hope for POST LOL!Start cussing when it doesn't work the first time (check your connections)

Johnny,It looks like you are going with Win7 for the OS. I would highly recommend getting an SSD for the OS. I just bought one and installed Win7 and I am very happy with the performance!
