Thanks YG3,Looks like another weekend fiddling with my rig. Hopefully Nvidia Inspector will give me the great AA that Nhancer does.

Don't worry, you will always have the low resolution default driver to continue this post :(

It's as simple as deleting the fsx.cfg (however, I would make a backup first, so you have all your tweaks). Then restart FSX and allow it to create another one.
