Plug and Play GoFlight?

Featured Replies

Hi, I fly both Flight1’s Cessna Citation Mustang and Cessna 172 on my computer using a CH Yoke and Pedals, keyboard and mouse.I would like to expand the flight experience with some desk top controls and stop using the keyboard and mouse for everything.I am very low tech so I think I should stay with plug and play.Question: GoFlight has a Private Pilot stack with 6 modules. 1 GF-T8, 2 GF-166, 2 GF-P8, 1 GF-46.It has no throttle module but there is a very basic single throttle on the CH Yoke.Would the GF Private Pilot stack be a good package for the Mustang or would other hardware be a better idea?I have read a number of posts on the subject and come away confused by the choices. Thanks for any and all suggestions.Jack N115YR

Hi Jack no reply i see , was just playing around nothing much to do when i came across this post. Personally i really like the Go flight stuff. The price is 1/2 decent and right now i think it was at the flight shop they have real good deals on them. I'm sure it will do what you want. Look at my set up , what i do is every thime there is a sale i buy 1 or two modules and now i have only 3 left to buy and i'm done cause i live in Canada and they even pay the shipping. And also what i like is you don't have to have a degree in computers to set it up and it's real user friendly .
