November 22, 201015 yr Hello Sorry for making so many topics ansd asking so many questions. I was flying with active sky Advance. It downloaded bed weather. at 6000feet I was in fog and I wasn't albe to see gorund. At 30000 I still was in fog and at 36000Feet fog dissapered. When I looked back there was no any cloud. Is that bug? And how to fix it? Also that day I took off in Gatwick (EGKK) and visibility was 3.5 SM at 2500 after takeoff about 50 seconds there was no fog at all and I was able to see airport. is it possible?
November 22, 201015 yr I have had this before.I think its something to do with FSUIPC settings. If before your flight and before you download and use ASKy weather I seem to remember that you have to click the options 'clear all weather' and 'weather settings off' in FSUIPC if you haven't got FSUIPC then you really should get it.There are freeware and payware versions of FSUIPC In my case the freeware version has always been fine for me.FSUIPC is important in the smooth running of many add-ons for Flight simulator.I don't really know why,I am not a technical wizz it just does.Don't apologise for asking questions. Not much point in a forum otherwise.cheers Andy

November 22, 201015 yr LOL! That's better.:( When I looked back there was no any cloud. Is that bug?Not necessarily, there's no real vertical visibility in FS9. So often you will encounter a situation where you can't see a whole lot, climb out of it and then see all the way down to the ground. Mike...
