Others who have received the g3d.dll error have resolved it by doing a clean install of the video card drivers. Whenever you install/upgrade drivers, make sure any anti-virus or UAC is disabled (Windows Security). These programs sometimes will not make the proper registry entries or install a driver properly if you have the security set too high. You also have the 0005 exception error and if the above doesn't work, you might check out how to resolve this exception: http://www.updatexp.com/0xC0000005.html .Best regards,Jim
