how are you trying to pay? credit card? which one? paypal? check?if you send me a screen shot of the error, i can forward it to swreg, and see what they say.jd

Hi,I try to pay using PayPal.I can't make a screenshot because i would have to place another order then.But let me try to explain what is showen:At the upper side of the screen under your company logo (i think) there was a red text saying something like: "We're currently unable to contact your bank, but we'll place your order when we can contact it again." And then it said in brakets something like this: "Please don't try do make the order again otherwise you're going to place a second order with the other one still active." I think that's similar to what has been displayed.But i have to mention this: I have visited the PayPal website after trying to make the pruchase and it said that they didn't proceed with the payment because it took to long for your website to answer.Do you have an idea on what's wrong?

when you use paypal, swreg waits before sending me the order, until you confirm the purchase through paypal. if you don't do that within a day or two, you get an email from swreg telling you that the order is still pending, but you have to confirm it through paypal. after another couple of days, without the paypal confirmation, the order is cancelled.if swreg can't confirm your credit card, through the issuing bank, they aren't going to process the order. they would be insane if they did. anyone could make up 15 digits and place an order. what is the name of the issuing bank of your credit card? and what credit card is it?i'll send the info to swreg. if you prefer, you can send the info to [email protected]

Hi,problem is fixed.I found out that the problem was that i can't pay in dollar because i live in germany :( Now i have RC and i have to say that it's really cool, even if it will take some practise for me to learn it correctly^^RegardsEmi
