Hi.. had disaster yesterday as my PMDG 737- 600/700 snapped in half trying to get it out of the CD case,, is there a way of a replacement.. been looking everywhere for a receipt but cannot find it the only other receipt i have is for the add on download for 737- 800/900ngcan any one advise pleaseDavid Ward

Hi David,I'm afraid you are out of luck, I cannot see PMDG or the retail store where you purchased the CD warranty something you broke.I no longer use FS9 and I have my download saved on a CD, it's too bad there isn't a way to transfer the license or I'd give it to you.

You need to contact Aerosoft - they're the actual maker of the CD version.www.aerosoft.com
