Craig,I just sent you your new download link - let me know if you don't receive that - we're looking into why the support ticket system isn't sending things out. I was able to duplicate the problem here creating a new account with one of my email addresses.

I'm having a similiar problem, I purchased the extended download for the BAE J41, I click the send e-mail to confirm my accound and nothing happens

Craig,The EDS is good for one year but the ecommerce system doesn't allow for variable lengths of time on how long the links stay active. If you need another download over the next year, just submit a ticket and we'll reactivate it again.
