December 4, 201015 yr I am using Active Sky Evolution. But after downloading the weather, how do I apply the weather files to FSX and use the external frame limiter at the same time? I assume there is some way you make a path from the ASE "Start FSX" button to the limiter batch file ... but I don't know how to do it. Any help would be appreciated.Steve, in Indiana
December 4, 201015 yr Hi,Activesky Evolution runs in the background, just start it and forget about it, the weather will be set to FSX automatically. All you need to do now is run the limiter bat file.1. Start Activesky Evolution2. Run Limiter Bat FileFSX starts and that's it. I didn't know the files were automatically loaded as, or, after ASE downloaded the weather. Guess it works just like REX does in that regard. Yeah, I just tried it and it works fine with the limiter. From a fellow CFII/ATP ... not very computer smart, I guess. ;^)
