Should be getting it monday now.Just wondering if it's normal that the carrier has been changed from USPS Express to Fedex priority. I just hope the shipping charges remain the same.In any case,thanks guys for resolving any issues with the shipping of the manuals,can't wait to start learning.
December 10, 201015 yr Commercial Member Richard,Sorry I didn't respond earlier to this...As much as we might like to, we're not going to get into the business of changing and adding things to these manual orders once they've already been placed, it's just too much work to do. If it were a simple process, it'd be no problem but there's a bunch of steps for doing it and it involves charging the credit card a second time. For obvious security reasons we don't ever actually see your credit card number, it's handled securely by our payment processing system, so to add something to an order would involve us obtaining your credit card number directly from you and then charging it again. We're just not going to get into do this. (it's highly insecure firstly) If you decide you want something else after you've already placed an order, it's just going to have to be done by placing a second order - sorry, just the way it has to be.
