FS9 Ohio scenery

Featured Replies

After releasing my Ohio scenery last week, I've had some feedback and suggestions which will be incorporated into a small patch in about 10-14 days. The changes: mostly at KCMH, where 1. The static aircraft I placed at the terminal will go away to make room for AI aircraft. 2. AFCAD will be used to place AI aircraft appropriately. 3. A ground polygon will be removed and flickering polygons eliminated (this is my 4th and final fix for this problem. I thought I had fixed it, but my last fix made it worse in two locations!) 4. Gate numbers will be updated.AFCAD will also fix some taxiway issues with AI aircraft at KLUK, and will optimize AI aircraft locations at KOSU and a couple of other spots.A couple of the other smaller airports will get a minor tweak, too, but not much is needed anywhere else, and some of the above may not even have been noticeable.

I agree. I downloaded it a couple of days ago, and it is very nice. Thanks for your hard work.Tim13

Dear Ted,I've always loved you scenery from way back in the fs98 days of Ohio, you really know how to do the small airports justice . . . was wondering, if you would like to tackle Dayton Cox and WPAFB? Someone sure could do a nice job on the AF Mus and Wright Pat.Lived in Dayton most of my life, and always was a trip just to go through the place . . . and can remember when it was a SAC base, many, many years ago . . .Best,Clay

Thanks Ted!Great job! I have used earlier versions of your scenery and it is very nice.I have relatives in Columbus, so I flew in from Pittsburgh in my Lear45 using FS2004. I tried to land on runway 28R, but for some reason my Lear would not pick up the ILS. My IAP (version Aug 1998) shows the frequency at 109.55. Is this right? Maybe this is another one that Microsoft left out? Or maybe my IAP is too old? Thanks!Airbus
