www.flightview.com but again its not international but you can track flights going usa-europe

Tail numbers, for example. Since 9/11 Flight Explorer no longer show tail numbers for security reasons.

I wish Flight Explorer would show you the filed IFR route too... Apparently that was another 9/11 casualty.

Yep, after 9/11 the FAA restricted the data they could show so now they have two separate products; Personal and Professional. You can still get the filed flight plans with the Professional version but it's not available in the Personal Edition.
