August 25, 200223 yr Hi,Do you know a site with a very good flight tracker, providing altitude, speed, heading, destination....of any real world flight?I am also in search of one giving the actual position of the plane and using a good and precise map. Greetings Minos
August 26, 200223 yr www.flightview.com but again its not international but you can track flights going usa-europe
August 26, 200223 yr This is the absolute best flight tracker although they have cut back on some features since 9/11: http://www.flightexplorer.com/Products/Personal_Edition.asp
August 27, 200223 yr Tail numbers, for example. Since 9/11 Flight Explorer no longer show tail numbers for security reasons.
August 28, 200223 yr Commercial Member I wish Flight Explorer would show you the filed IFR route too... Apparently that was another 9/11 casualty. Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
August 29, 200223 yr Yep, after 9/11 the FAA restricted the data they could show so now they have two separate products; Personal and Professional. You can still get the filed flight plans with the Professional version but it's not available in the Personal Edition.
