ATC Modification

This is a video of my latest modification to default ATC using FSEditVoicePack. It adds a reduce speed instruction to approach clearances and hand off to tower. Of course when used with AI, they will not obey such instruction, but I think it adds a little more realism to the phraseolgy. (IMHO) Right now it's limited to one hard coded speed for each instruction. 180 for approach clearance, and 160 for tower hand off. I'm checking to see if it's possible to have multiple instances with other speeds, and match it to the responses, but I don't think it can.
