It appears that search database doesn't update with recent posts. -If you try to perform a search of a very often used keyword, like "aerosoft" or "pmdg", the most recent results it returns are from 14th September. You may get threads that were updated recently, but search points to posts made on 14th September.-if you try to search by users posts, you also won't get his recent posts, latest are those from around september.
