Annoying clouds

Featured Replies

Hello, The problem I am having is that my clouds one moment are very real looking 3D clouds and the next they are very flat, 2D and grey. Sometime when I'm flying It doen't do it but then other time it will do this every 2 or 3 seconds. It's not a huge problem but I would really appreciate some advise because it is rather annoying. Thanks in advance

Sounds like this problem isn't actually a problem, but just the weather engine rendering stratus clouds rather than cumulus.

Hi all. I don't think it's different type of cloud. It simply realistic and the unrealistic!

I just had myself a flight and the clouds were simply stunning, a real sense of skimming the bottom of the clouds on approach. just one of those FS moments!!!!!!

Hi All,Make sure that in FS 3D clouds is set to 100%. Also note that stratus clouds are always 2D as mentioned. A screen shot of what you are seeing could help us also.

Hi. My clouds are at 100% 3D. I'll get some screen shots.Ta
