PMDG Products on Multiple Computers

Featured Replies

Hey Guys,I've searched on the forum for this but I couldn't find anything.A friend and I are interested in getting the 737NGX when that comes out. Can we purchase one download and then install on our respective computers? Me on mine and he on his? What is the official position concerning such a scenario?Kirk Mayers

Or... you could just photo copy the money you use to purchase that first copy and use it to purcahse the second. Tongue in cheek... It ain't gonna work that way my friend. You'll have to purchase two copies I'm sure.

What about two computers for one user? I alternate between a desktop and a laptop, no one uses either one but me. Would I be able to install it on both?

This is ok, but the key here is one user. You cannot do what the OP suggested and buy one copy shared between two people on two different machines - that's against our EULA.

Thanks Ryan. Its pretty clear now.If I had read the EULA, I would have seen this. My friend has the 747 and I have the MD11. I mess around with his on his computer and he does the same with mine. Its only now that we both want the 737NGX that I thought of that. Before, it was never an issue, because it was never even a thought. *Note to self: read these EULAs in detail in future!*Kirk Mayers
