January 10, 201115 yr Library Administrator Hello,I am a brand new user of this program, and so far it is working beautifully and as advertised. I have a question however. I can still hear AI traffic talking to the MS Default ATC controllers. Is this normal? Or is this the "Chatter". I am sorry if this has been answered before, but I couldnt find a simple answer by using the search function. Thank you.Brian A. Neuman Brian A. January 10, 201115 yr Hi Brian. Go to your sound settings within the FSX/FS9 menus. In FSX turn the "Voice" slider down to the minium, or in FS9 turn the "ATC" slider down to the minimum. That will "turn off" the default ATC for you. Radar contact chatter can be turned on/off in the radar contact settings. Sam Crawford "Don't judge the intelligence of an individual by the number of posts that they have made. January 10, 201115 yr Moderator Hi Brian,I would recommend you lower the default ATC sounds in FS to zero but leave it enabled. I'm at work so can't give you precise instructions but it will be under the Sounds option. Ray (Cheshire, England). January 10, 201115 yr Turning down the ATC volume (but not disabling it) works. Exactly as stated earlier. Good luck!
January 10, 201115 yr Author Library Administrator Ok..I will do that, I also wanted to be sure it was normal for it to still be going on. Thank you. Brian A.
