A long-time scenery hope: KMSN

Hello,I've been poking around for about 5 years, hoping that a relatively decent rendition of the Madison/Dane County Regional Airport-Truax Field would one day be developed (KMSN). I've seen a few files here and there but none that really capture the current passenger terminal and field in general. Would there be anyone out there that might be able to consider creating this airport for FS9? I'm not too terribly picky (I'm indifferent if one of the scenery placer programs are used or it is created from scratch), I'm just looking for an accurate terminal (# of gates, overall layout, etc.) and maybe ANG ramp. I think it's a great regional airport served by a number of airlines; busy enough to make it interesting.I would greatly, greatly, greatly appreciate any help anyone might be able to offer.
