Hello and welcome to the forum!First, please have a look at the forum rules posted here. If you are not comfortable with those rules you can submit a ticket here (registration required). Now for your problem. When exactly does the crash occur? Try to be more specific. Are you using an up to date version of the aircraft? It should be version 1.20. Do other aircraft still work like they should? If not, it sounds like a validation problem or possibly data corruption to me. Have you tried searching the Windows Event Log for any clues?

Ummm.....when ever you go to pick the plane you want to fly i click on it and choose ok. Then it takes forever to load and before anything shows up where the plane should be it says a problem/effor has occured. and it says restart the program or check online for a solution and restart. 2nd i bought the md-11 a couple days after christmas3rd i cant even fly the aircraft.and 4th im prety sure i looked and i couldnt figure out anything.

Welcome to the forum. The rules to which EDDH referred require you to sign your name in your posts, by the way.Are you using Win7/Vista?

It's in the user control panel. With windows 7, make sure you have admin rights granted to the Microsoft Flight Sim X folder. I'm not sure it would cause full out crashes, but I wouldn't be surprised.

it only crashes when i try and use that. but i think i found something im going to have to try. whale uninstalling a program in the control panel there was a ton of the PMDG liveries installed in there for some reason even after i removed it completely and it was like triplets of every livery so i think i need to uninstall it. What do you mean "when you try to use that"? When you grant admin rights to the folders, there's no single event. Rights are fully and persistently given. That being said, it should make the problem better, not worse. You might be best reinstalling, as you mentioned.

Attitude is not appreciated since I'm trying to help you here. Though I could continue to offer help, that really makes me re-think the effort on typing an involved explanation of my ideas and the processes for the fixes.
