Question on FSX Driver to Application

Featured Replies

While looking at ******* Tweaking and Tuning app I noticed the following: "vSync Fix applied to your configuration! (Make sure you set your driver to Application controlled so the option is NOT forced but applied by FSX itself) Here is the question concerning the phrase in the parenthesis: I have no idea as to how to set my driver to application so that the option is not forced by applied by FSX. Its embarrassing however I need some one to give me some assistance on this. Thanks

In other words you are going to set it to 'Application Controlled', OldDog, and it's dependent upon your vidio card:ATI:The ATI driver is controlled by 'CCC' - the Catalyst Control Center, and you can 'Forced on' or 'Force off' or 'Application Controlled' - in the 3D settings section.Nvidia:You will be using either 'nHancer' or 'Inspector' to control the driver. Similar to CCC - there's a spot - 'Vertical Sync' and it can be set: 'Force on', 'Force off', or 'Application Controlled'.
