I am looking for some config file settings (like *******'s) for an i7 950. Currently it is stock and not OC so I am afraid *******'s won't work since it is for an i7 950 >3.8Ghz. Also, is there anyone who can point me to a place that has exact BIOS settings for an i7 950 with an Asus X58 mobo? I read the guide at clunk but that was for an i7 920. http://forums.pureoverclock.com/showthread.php?threadid=5736You won't get an exact settings for your setup, as each combination is slightly different - even to how you apply your thermal heat-sink paste... That said - you will easily hit 4 gig with a 950 running with aftermarket aircooling. The temps need to be around 75 at full load using IntelBurnTest or LinX. There's a couple of other tests, too. but not essential for the purposes of this post.
