February 24, 201115 yr What is going on with PMGD support??? I want to open a tkt with them on the J41 and a real strange problem. I go to the support page and open the usual account thing blah-blah-blah. It tells me to verify my email address by clicking on the bar so I do. I go to my email 'cause theres supposed to be a message with a link (again blah-blah-blah) there's nothing there from them. I go back to the PMDG support page. It tells me my email hasn't been verified. Verify it again.. same thing. The email address is good, I'm receiving other emails and I can send myself an email from another email address I have.. So it's not that.. I've been trying this half the night and again this morning. But there's no joy in Mudvill. I'm getting really perturbed (I'm being polite.. There's many other adjectives I have in mind).Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated... ThanksJim

I had already tried the other domain and it didn't work either... It doesn't matter much, I finally got my problem figured out finally after much cursing and swearing and gnashing of teeth. ;)
