February 27, 201115 yr Here is a sneak preivew of a little project using FS9 on a donated pentium4 machine. See signature for reason :( Featuring PMDG`s 747 and Fly Tampa`s Kai Tak.Crosswinds were gusting 35kts a go around in most situations although there is many a real world heavy landing video on youtube from Kai Tak.Enjoy in HD720 My youtube channel for HD FSX Videos http://www.youtube.com/user/Doogiereid?feature=mhee Doogie Reid
February 28, 201115 yr lolTerrible performance, but hilarious signature. I'm sorry that happened, you must have been quite frustrated at such an event. Enjoy your 2600k rig when you get it. =) Ethan Rayhorn My Office: (Taken at FL410)

I would guess severe structural damage around the struts.Good point mate although it`s very deceiving from the angle of that shot. The full video is and as you will see from the cockpit scene it`s not as near as scary as it looks from the outside view at a funny angle to the runway. I have realism and crash detection turned right up and it never picked up on a crash. Yeah in the realworld the right main gear strut would have probably collapsed and there would have been a cartwheeling fireball of 747 all down the runway but it`s a sim and thats what makes it fun. is a real scary crosswind landing at Kai Tak and he still stayed shiney side up with strutts intact.
