The magnetic compass does not work in the VC. Does anyone know of a fix for this? Thanks.Art Schwartz, Jr.

On my FSX with Sp1 and Sp2 (No Acelleration) setup it works just fine in VC mode for me.There is no "icon" that I could see to call it, but you can bring it up from the Views/Instrument Panel menu on the Menu Bar at the top of your screen.Hope that helps.

I know that one works but, how about the one on the dash? Notice it doesn't work. Thanks for the help though.Art Schwartz, Jr.

I do not fly that aircraft very often and I usually use the 2D cockpit. Frankly had never noticed the compass on the top center of the VC panel.I suspect it is just "eye candy" and is not intended to work.

I tried! It is in the panel.cfg, but, replacing, resizing, repositioning, one pixel/index pt at a time, none of which worked.I guess the VC surface that it would be applied to, whatever it takes to place a gauge on it, is not correct...Don
