March 22, 201115 yr Hi PMDG,I know you guys have released a visual model for the 747-8i/f. I'm considering getting it. However, I'd like to know that now taking the fact that the 747-8i has now flown, to you guys plan on adding cummulative upgrade not only for the visual model already produced buy also the flight, engine, systems models, etc. Thus, a comprehensive and complete package for the 747-8i. I understand that it will be a couple years before the 747-8i is certified and in the hands of the airlines.Captain sim is the worst, base models include the wings and the engines, but numberous costly upgrades are required for a complete product.Just curious on this before I make a financial comitment to buy the 747-8i visual model. Thanks You.Best Regards,BillyBob BillyBob David M. March 22, 201115 yr PMDG has already explained that the systems on the -8 are almost the same as on the 747-400. And I'm not sure how you would be able to make an accurate flight model when the plane has only ever been flown once. Although PMDG has hinted at the possiblity of remaking 747 after they finish their current projects, but I assume that it would probably be the 400. Greg Hetherington
