Question for ASUS P8P67 family owners

Featured Replies

Hi guys. I received all my parts for my upgrade and will likely put this together tomorrow (my first time putting a PC together.. :Praying: ) I started to look at the board and read the manual and was wondering about the TPU and EPU switches. I understand those are power saving features. Should I leave those to disable if I plan to O/C manually?Parts are I5 2500k, P8P67(plain) and G.Skill 4GB Ripjaws X 1600 9-9-9-24 1.5v.Thanks

I don't own that motherboard, but most overclockers/overclocking guides will tell you to keep it simple and leave all types of power savings functions off to prevent any problems.Regards,
