Hey Simmers after 2 months of research I think I have enough understanding and have put enough time into learning a computer inside and out and what I need for a good FSX entry level computer, here is what I'm ready to order Sunday evening Via NewEgg.com please let me know if you spot something non compatible or not worth the price.I'm not planning on overclocking just yet, this is just to get my feet wet since I have been living off of my dads 8 year old gateway computer till now with only fs9.COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 CAC-T05-UW Black Aluminum Bezel , SECC Chassis ATX Mid Tower Computer CaseASUS P8P67 (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel MotherboardEVGA 01G-P3-1366-TR GeForce GTX 460 SE (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video CardAntec BP550 Plus 550W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power SupplyCOOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 "Heatpipe Direct Contact" Long Life Sleeve 120mm CPU Cooler Compatible Intel ...Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor BX80623I52500KG.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-4GBRLHD-Western Digital Caviar Black WD5001AALS 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive - FSX DriveWestern Digital Caviar Green WD5000AADS 500GB SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive -Bare Drive - Main computer DriveASUS DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner - Bulk - OEMASUS XONAR_DG 5.1 Channels PCI Interface Xonar DG Sound Card

I'd probably just change the power supply to one with a little more ooomf.I just ordered this one:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151087&cm_re=seasonic-_-17-151-087-_-Product$30 off the normal price. Also, I might get a GTX 560 ti instead of the older GTX460.

I Like the power and graphic card changes, just don't have that much more in my budget, still need to put in my OS and a couple other software's.

Absolutely understand... I only get to do major builds every 5 or so years and I just dropped 2k on my new rig. Gotta keep my beautiful better half happy :)
