Problems with entering registration code

Featured Replies

The story so far: I brought Radar Contact V4 a few years ago and I was running Fight Simulator 2004 (Century of Flight) on Windows XP. I was very happy with it, so it was a sad day when my computer died.I now have a new computer with Windows 7 (64 bit) and running FSX. I have tried to install Radar Contact from my cd and when it asks for my registration code I enter it. The window then disappears and nothing more happens. If I try to run Radar Contact again, then the registration windows comes up again. Thanks in advance for any help that anyone can come up with.

New hardware means new registration code. The product ID is generated by the hardware of the computer in some way, so your registration code from your old set up won't work. Just take the new product ID and send it to the registration email (the program provides it for you) and you'll get a new registration code.

If you have changed e-mail addresses since your original purchase send all of the infortion with both your current e-mail address and original e-mail address. Include your keycode including any dashes in it. Send it to [email protected] with registration problem in the subject line.If your e-mail address has not changed since your original purchase the automatic registration should work fine for with the new code.
