windows 7 and c47/b25 install

Recommended Posts

I have been using the Maam c-47 and B-25 in windows xp. I now use windows 7 and neither airplane is coming up in Fs2004 inventory. jowlj3@sasktel.net
I suspect the problem is in your installation. I can assure you the planes work in Win 7, because I have it myself. If they are not showing up in the aircraft list there is probably a file missing somewhere. How did you make the transfer to your new system?

All I can say is I hve a completely new system and i used the original discs I am really at a loss in understanding where the file could be missing. I have the JUST |FLIGHT C130 Herc and it went in ok. It is a fs2004product. I did get warning from windows 7 after the install exercise to the effect that it may not have installed properly.

I am also having problems, in a seperate post I wrote: For years II ran FS9 MAAM DC3 without any problem. Now that I bought a new Windows 7 computer I keep getting errors only in the MAAM aircraft. Specifically I get this: "gauges\maam_r4d.gau is incompatable and aircraft will not load"Anyone also have this problem and maybe know of a fix. I am running fs9 in x86 mode. Thanks!

Try turning off User Account Control in Win7 if you have not already done so, then try re-installing the package.
