undocked windows and 135 degreess fov

Featured Replies

Hello guys ihave some issues with the fs so i need your help. First of all i am running both fsx and fs9 in the same pc with matrox triple head to go. I want to have a 135 degreess fov so i have set up my fs like this. In the middle monitor i have the front view. In the the left monitor i have an undocked window with the front-left view. In the the right monitor i have an undocked window with the front-right view. In first i have used only one view in zoomed out but it is only strecthing the front view and sawing scenery from far and it does not show me a pure 135 dgrs fov so in order to achieve that i have make the first configuration above. The problem is the white borders of the three windows wich are annoying. Is there any way to get rid off these white borders or to make them trasparent? The other thing is i have open an .air file of an aircraft with the " aired " in order to make some modifications. Inside the .air file are as you know many lines starting with numbers and each line has a command. Is there any way to find somewhere all the lines available whith an explanation of what each line with a command does to an aircraft? FOrgive my English they are poor. Many thanks in advance.

FSX is very unstable if you undock views into multi monitors. To get rid of the borders then hit alt/enter it will take you to full screen mode. If I were you I would just stretch the front view across all 3 monitors and zoom out. It will give you a similar FOV. Ensure you edit the fsx.cfg file to show WideViewAspect=True
