Hi all,Over the last couple of days I have added Shockwave 3d Redux lights to several payware aircraft I own.Everything looked great, but the beacons, when turned on, are showing black textures. When turned off the issue is gone.However the lights with their shinings work.It only appears with beacons....If there is a solution I would be glad to hear it.

No one knows ?BTW It happens with Wideviewaspect=0 or 1With Vista I did not have this. Now with W7 64 bit I do.

Doublecheck that you have the correct entry in the cfg file and that you have the file that you're calling up.Can't think of anything else.Hope this at least gives you a bump.Randall

I opened several beacon fx files and saw that a file is called with the name : fx_circle_2.bmp.In the Effects\texture folder I only have fx_circle.bmp.Also the red/green nav effect files are calling for this bitmap.I checked in FSX and indeed they also are having the black squares.I am only flying Jets and because of the wingflex I did not use the SW nav lights. If someone could sent me this file I can test if this will indeed solve my issue.Thanks in advance.

See if the info in the following link will help. I've had a similar problem in the past and saved this link just in case it ever happened again. On a french forum I found an download link for fx_circle_2.bmp ; more people where having the same issue.It now has been solved.Thanks,Gerard
