Nvidia Inspector Problems

Featured Replies

Don't know where else to post this (tried NVidia forums) so will try here.I GeForce 8600 with 197.45 drivers. Trying to use Inspector 1.9.5.5 with .xml name files in the same directory as .exe, but can't pull up any page by clicking on the tools box.I was using NTune, but deleted that before installing Inspector. Is that OK ?Thanks for any help.Dave Hinson

First try the instuctions in this thread, if that does not work then join the forum and ask for help.http://www.simforums.com/forums/nhancer-settings-for-new-drivers-updated-v1932_topic36586.htmlI wonder if NvidiaInspector works with drivers below 25X.XX, since it did not come out until then.

Thanks for the leads. Probably my driver is too old, but I prefer to leave well-enough alone (got good graphics now).Dave

OK - bit the bullet and upgraded drivers to 270.61 drivers. About went ballistic when got the blurries back (I could, however, get the profiles now). So I decided to use Inspector and set up 8xS mode recommended by Ryan Maziarz on PMDG forum - wow, really worked well. Just goes to show you to keep up with the new drivers and software.Dave
