April 30, 201115 yr Not a big problem but a contant PITA. Any suggestion for a possible fix? Thanks.Ray When Pigs Fly . Ray Marshall .
April 30, 201115 yr I think it is largely a limitation of an aircraft having been modeled using the FS9 SDK methods rather than the FSX ones. You can swap the 'prop spinning texture' for one that doesn't have that issue (i.e. an FSX one), alternatively, you can edit the prop spin texture so that the effect is not quite so obvious, which might be the better solution with the A400 since it does have a rather unique set of propellers.I did such an edit with my Plane Design Lancaster bomber, by darkening the shade of grey on the alpha channel of the spinning prop texture, which makes the prop more transparent so the effect of it half disappearing against clouds is not so obvious, which isn't really a fix, more of a workaround to stop it appearing quite so bad, but it does improve matters even though you will have to settle for having barely visible prop disks under normal circumstances. You should be able to edit the alpha channel in any half decent photo software such as Photoshop or Paint.net etc.Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here

The props do get a lot lighter or more transparent, I guess. I will continue to fiddle with it.Ray When Pigs Fly . Ray Marshall .
