May 7, 201115 yr When I first built my system a few weeks ago, I used the auto-overclocking option in my bios at which time it set my bclck (or whatever) to 103, so I ran it like that for a while, but I heard it was bad to change that value, even though the mobo did it, so I changed it back to 100, I just want to make sure that I didn't do any damage to my chip, everything is running fast, so I assume I'm ok? May 7, 201115 yr You should be ok. They probably mean 103 is bad over a long period of time. 100 is nice number though. It evens out the numbers. I.E. 4.5ghz =100x45 base clock x turbo ratio
