May 23, 201115 yr Good morning. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the TM to no avail. FSSound.dll is in both the system32 and the wow64 directory. When activating either the trim or the flaps the sounds will not stop. They get stuck in a loop. This is in FSX. Any clues as this is seriously irritating. ;-) Thanx!-Rick

May 23, 201115 yr Author 1.40 and FSX on Win7-64bit. Didnt see anywhere (either in the new 1.40 relesae instructions here or in the faqs) that the dll file was no longer used. Musta overlooked that. DirectX is current. I make it a point to check for that update about every month.....-Rick
