May 25, 201115 yr Hi,About a week ago i bought the PMDG MD 11. I like it very much. :-)But i found some little things which maybe could Be changed:- The number of PAX in the passenger plans could not Be changed correctly. The third digit is not changable like it is said in the documation. I can change the second digit but when I want to change the first digit the second digit changes also.-The 'mouseover' text for the orange engine 3 start knob is: 'Engine 2 start'. It should be: 'Engine 3 start' I think. It would be nixe if somebody is able to fix that. Best regards from Austria,Jonathan Huschle John Rubens
May 25, 201115 yr Jonathan,if you talk about the gauge on air condition panel in which we input the quantity of passengers aboard, maybe I can help you.this problem occurs with me; when using the default left seat VC view, and looking up to the overhead, aiming on the air condition panel, the mouse can't move the third digit, only the second.here, I have three solutions:(1) move to the right my eyepoint (CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER) until anywhere more or less just above the pedestal panel, and then look up; now the third digit will change via mouse action; (2) cycle the VC view angles (keyboard A key) until the sight of the full overhead panel; or(3) move to 2D panel and then access the overhead 2D panel. So, I think this is a little problem with the area of the clickspot on the VC panel, that causes the third digit to not move when the eyepoint of the VC view is on the captain's head position.Regards,Marcelo Monteiro
May 28, 201115 yr Author Marcelo, Thank you very much for this tip. Like you said it only doesn't work on the pilot's seat. :-)I have also found an other problem:Wenn I go to the 'Ref' -Page on the MCDU there are some points like 'nearest airport' and so on. Wenn I klick on the left LSK keys they work like the should. But the wenn I press the right LSK keys, for instance: 'save' (flightplan), there is allways 'not allowed' showed. Is this normal?Best regards,Jonathan Huschle John Rubens
