May 27, 201115 yr Hey!I was trying to rebuild the transpacific route of the Sikorrsky S-42, so I built an AFX for FS2004 and tried it out on the default scenery of FS2004. The attachment is a zip which has everything needed to start a flight, but my floatplane always starts in the water with gear down....What could be the reason why?GreetzJive1
May 27, 201115 yr If you are starting by using a Flight, do this:1. Load the Flight.2. Raise up the gear.3. Save the Flight, overwriting the one in step 1.Hope this helps, Tom Gibson CalClassic Propliner Page

If not, start a flight with the default Cessna. Get airborne and switch to your flying boat. (Not really a "floatplane") Use 'Go to' and place your Sikorsky where you want it... Then save your flight...Ian
